FedroTek platinum-cured silicone tubing is special for peristaltic pumps, high elasticity, softness, high transparency, smooth inner wall, low protein adhesion, and low protein penetration.

APPLICATION CASES

Accurate transfer of culture medium, discharge of waste liquid, transplantation and transfer of cells are crucial in biological cell culture experiments. The silicone tube produced under the FedroTek platinum vulcanization process has very high material purity, can be repeatedly sterilized at high temperatures, and has a smooth inner wall. It has advantages such as low protein attachment, and low protein penetration, effectively avoiding avoiding cross contamination between products and ensuring the rigor and accuracy of the experiment.

In the transportation of yeast and food additives in the brewing industry, as well as in the quantitative filling process of beer and beverage production, the peristaltic pump silicone tube has a direct impact on the qualification rate of batch products. As the key part of peristaltic pumps, the FedroTek silicone tubing are committed to providing reliable and consistent performance products, ensuring the accuracy of packaging and extending the service life of hoses to meet the strict requirements of customers.

Accurate transmission of various reagents is required in the bio-pharmaceutical process to maintain reactor stability and ensure product quality. The good tubing can ensure the pumping performance, experimental results, production capacity and reduce the risk of hose failure and lot loss.
FedroTek silicone tube is manufactured and packaged in a class 100,000 clean workshop, and is sealed with double dust-free plastic. The product model, material number, batch number and other information are clearly marked on the inner packaging bag to achieve traceability throughout the process. The process verification process is simplified and the production efficiency is improved.

In devices such as liposuction machines, peristaltic pumps inject a solution containing physiological saline, lidocaine, adrenaline, and sodium bicarbonate into the liposuction site through a FedroTek tube which has reliable flow stability, ensures transmission accuracy, and high transparency, allowing for direct observation of the infusion situation of the pump tube during use.

DISINFECTION METHOD

The silicone tubing can withstand repeated high temperatures and ultraviolet disinfection. Ethylene oxide, high-temperature steam, or irradiation can be used for disinfection. It is recommended to use high-temperature steam. Generally, the steam temperature is 120℃ and the time is 30 minutes.

PRODUCT PACKAGING

Double-bagged dust-free plastic seals, different tubing sizes are packaged independently. External labels are attached to facilitate batch traceability, and the production process is more standardized and controllable.
